1. Access to the site
Access to the OpenRecourse site is open, free of charge and anonymous. No account creation is required to view the data in the MVP.
2. Use of the data
The data presented is provided for informational purposes and reflects the state of public sources at the time of collection. It in no way constitutes personalised legal advice.
Reuse of the data is permitted for research, journalism or trade-union analysis purposes, provided the source is explicitly cited: « OpenRecourse — Observatoire des indemnités » (OpenRecourse — Severance Observatory).
Commercial use of the data (resale, mass scraping, integration into a third-party product) is subject to prior authorisation.
3. Contributions
By submitting a contribution through the dedicated form, you warrant that:
- You have the right to communicate the information shared;
- You will not include personally identifiable data (colleagues, employer, etc.);
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
OpenRecourse reserves the right to moderate, modify or reject any contribution.
4. Partner and affiliate links
